The Great American Songbook with David Mintz

Local musician David Mintz will perform classics by Cole Porter, Jerome Kern, George Gershwin, Irving Berlin, and more, along with timeless bossa nova by Jobim and others. This event is free and all are welcome.

About David Mintz: David has transformed retirement into a career in performance. Since arriving on the Island in 2020, he has appeared at venues including the MV Playhouse, Built On Stilts and First Fridays festivals, Circuit Arts, and Pathways Arts. Specializing in the Great American Songbook, his performances highlight the elegance and beauty of early-to-mid 20th-century popular songs and jazz standards.
